TERMS AND
CONDITIONS.

How buying from Tenzari Solutions works, including delivery, cancellation and refunds.

Delivery: digital only. Subscriptions activate within minutes of payment, no later than one business day.Cancellation: cancel a subscription any time, and you keep access to the end of the month you paid for.Refunds: full refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment. Project work is covered in section 7.

1. Who we are

Tenzari Solutions is a South African software business run as a sole proprietorship. We build websites, integrations, booking systems, automation, AI tools and custom software, and we offer subscription software such as Medigate.

You can reach us at hello@tenzari.co.za. Please use the same address for refunds, cancellations and complaints.

2. What these terms cover

These terms apply when you buy from us on tenzari.co.za or on one of our product sites, or accept a written quote from us. There are two kinds of purchase: subscriptions (for example Medigate, charged per user per month) and project work (for example a website or integration built for you, priced in a written quote). Anything specific in your written quote applies to your project in addition to these terms.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in South African rand (ZAR). The price you agree to is the price shown at checkout or on your written quote, and it states whether VAT is included.

Online payments are processed by PayFast. Your card or bank details go to PayFast and are never stored by us. For project work we may also accept EFT, as set out in the quote.

4. Delivery

We sell digital services only. Nothing is shipped.

Subscriptions: your account or access is activated automatically once PayFast confirms your payment, normally within minutes and no later than one business day. Your login details and next steps are sent to the email address you gave us. If you have not received them within one business day, contact us and we will fix it.

Project work: delivery means handing over the finished website, integration or software, with access to it, as described in the quote. The quote states the expected timeline. We tell you promptly if something will take longer than planned. Dates depend on you supplying content, access and feedback on time.

5. Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew every month until you cancel. Medigate is charged per user per month. You choose how many users you need before you pay.

Adding users: added users are charged straight away and can be used immediately once your payment is confirmed.

Removing users: a reduction takes effect from your next payment, which is then charged at the lower amount. The month you have already paid for is not changed.

We will tell you in advance by email if our prices change. A price change applies from your next renewal and never to a month you have already paid for.

6. Cancellation

Subscriptions: you can cancel at any time by emailing hello@tenzari.co.za or, where your account has a cancel option, from your account. Cancellation stops future payments. You keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for.

Project work: you can cancel a project by telling us in writing. You then pay for the work done up to that point, and we refund anything you paid in advance for work not yet started. If we cancel a project, or cannot deliver it, you get back everything paid for work we have not delivered.

Cooling-off: if you are a consumer and bought from us online, you may cancel within 7 days of the date of the agreement without giving a reason, as the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act allows. We then refund what you paid, less the fair value of anything we already supplied at your request in that time.

7. Refunds

Subscriptions: if you ask within 7 days of your first payment, we refund that payment in full. After that we do not refund a month that has already started, because the service is available to you for the whole month.

Project work: a deposit or milestone payment pays for time we set aside and work we begin. Once work on that stage has started, that payment is not refundable, except as set out in section 6 or where we have not delivered what the quote describes.

If something we delivered does not work as described, tell us. We will fix it, or refund the part that was not delivered if we cannot.

Refunds are paid back to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days of us approving the refund. To ask for one, email us with your name, what you bought and the date of payment.

Nothing in this section limits the rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act or other law.

8. Using our services

Please keep your login details private and use our services lawfully. We may suspend an account that is used to break the law, harm others or attack our systems. If we suspend an account for that reason, no refund is due for the period affected.

9. Your information

We collect only what we need to supply the service and reply to you, such as your name, contact details and what you ask for. We do not sell it. Chats with our website assistant are stored so we can improve the service, so please do not share private or medical details in them.

Practices that use Medigate remain responsible for their own patients' information, and we process it only on their behalf to run the service.

10. Our responsibility

We take care to deliver what we promise. We are not responsible for losses we could not reasonably have foreseen, or for interruptions outside our control, such as problems with the internet, a payment provider or a hosting provider. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in question. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Complaints

If something is wrong, email hello@tenzari.co.za. We aim to reply within 2 business days and to resolve the matter fairly.

12. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The version that applies to you is the one in force when you bought. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
