Requests go to the right doctor
Each request is sent to the patient's own doctor, not a shared inbox.
SOLUTIONS / SCRIPTS AND SICK NOTES
Patients ask for repeat scripts and sick notes all day, and each request interrupts reception. Medigate Care takes the request in a chat, sends it to the patient's own doctor, and the doctor issues it in the practice's layout.
HOW REQUESTS ARE HANDLED
Each request is sent to the patient's own doctor, not a shared inbox.
Nothing is issued until the doctor reviews it. The assistant never prescribes or decides clinical matters.
Header, footer, logo, practice number and fields are set up with simple forms, globally or per doctor.
The issued script or note is made as a PDF and sent to the patient.
Each request, decision and document is logged against the patient.
A queue shows what is outstanding, so nothing sits unread.
HOW IT WORKS
WHO IT SUITS
Practices that spend a lot of reception time on routine paperwork requests, and doctors who want to review and issue them in one place.
QUESTIONS
No. It collects the request and routes it. A doctor reviews and issues every script and sick note.
Yes. You can set a practice layout and give a doctor their own where needed.
The doctor decides. The assistant only records what the patient asks for and passes it on.
Scripts and sick notes are part of the clinical add-on for Medigate Care. Current plans are on the Medigate Care site.
