SOLUTIONS / REMINDERS
An empty slot costs the same whether the patient forgot or cancelled too late. Automatic reminders by WhatsApp or email make forgetting much less likely, and give people an easy way to move or cancel.
WHAT THE REMINDERS DO
Reminders can be sent 48 hours, 24 hours or 2 hours before the visit, in any combination.
Each message goes by WhatsApp when it can, otherwise by email, so patients get it where they will see it.
Messages are held back overnight, so nobody is woken up for a reminder.
The patient replies to cancel or move, which frees the slot for someone else.
A patient who asks to stop reminders is left alone from then on.
A confirmation goes out the moment the appointment is made, moved or cancelled.
HOW IT WORKS
WHO IT SUITS
Practices, clinics, salons and consultants who book people into time slots and lose income when they do not arrive.
